Orders selected for in-store pickup are usually ready within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and personalised-item reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

Custom-made and engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
